Shipping - Domestic

Many items on our site are custom orders or electrical items both of which are not Returnable for refund, but if sold under a licenses may be required to be returned regardless if the license is expired or violated.  If a custom order item, or engineering specification required item, lead time may be stated in the listing or updated as required pursuant to the FTC mail order riule.

Orders of in stock items placed within our regular hours of operation will normally be shipped within 12 business hours or from the closest warehouse with product availability*. Orders placed after cut-off times will be shipped the following business day*. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to all customers within 24 business hours after the order was placed. Please be sure shipping address provided is correct as any delivery exceptions may incur and additional fee. No deliveries to PO Box addresses. *On rare occasion, there may be a shipping delay due to a short pick or back order and in those cases, customers will be promptly notified.

In order to provide fast shipping service for all customers, cancellations are not possible, as orders enter the shipping area almost immediately after being placed during shipping hours. 

On some items for the cost of the cheapest shipping we offer our customers convenient FREE economy shipping to the US 48 contiguous states and provides you with an EDD (Estimated Date of Delivery) upon request, and usually this is an item for one cent, and then the shipping method you choose is the cost of the item.. Please note that deliveries occur during business days of Monday-Friday. Holidays/weekends and shipping cut-off times may play a factor in EDD (Estimated Date of Delivery), so we encourage our customers to plan accordingly. Should you need your product faster choose a faster shipping rate in the checkout.  Special care must provided for this type of delivery service. Shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Canada may incur a slightly higher fee.

Shipping - International

For customers outside of the United States, USPS PriorIty Mail International Mail may be available as well as FedEx International, and UPS international shipping is available and will normally show on the shipping quote portionof the order page as tot he rate when you enter a valid address and country. These rates as shipping prices can be viewed online when the item is added to your cart for checkout. All international orders are usually shipped within 72 hours, so please include this within your shipping time calculations. 

Shipping - Calendar & Holiday Closures

We primarily use USPS and local couriers for shipping of domestic packages. In order for you to plan your purchase and determine shipping schedules around holiday seasons, we use the USPS calendar and encourage you to visit the USPS website. when orders will or will not be picked-up from the distribution centers and/or delivered to your door.

We will observe and be closed on all US Federal holidays as well as the day after Thanksgiving and on Christmas Eve.

Purchases

Some items may state as vended by Bitcoin payment only - and this is effectively done to create a CASH transaction, that the Bankcard compnaies will not interfere with.   On investment opportunities and stock purchases for instance, the Bankcard policies are in conflict with a cash transaction.  While we strive to provide excellent and innovative customer service, we do find some customers attempt "friednly fraud" to attempt to charge bacvk an item under the bankcard policies once they get it.  Bitcoin is a cash transaction and prevents this. . We offer our customers extended business hours that allow us to serve our customers from coast to coast by e-mail, toll-free number to leave a message

We make every attempt to assist customers in locating the direct replacement for their part in many ways such as searches by make and model, photographs sent by email, but the best way to match parts is by providing an OEM part number for the item you wish to purchase. Please note that when a sales representative provides a part number being that We do not physically have the part in question, it is a recommendation based on the information provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to view the picture(s) of the recommended part number provided on our website, to confirm it is indeed the part they physically have. Should a picture not be available on the website, please contact customer service and an example may be available to be sent via email. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance from those store models pictured on the website.  For some items we will REQUIRE photographs..

Should customers have additional doubts after viewing any part, as a registered customer then a representative will be more than happy to provide additional technical specifications, if available. We are not responsible for parts purchased in error by customer and are subject to return policy listed below. Once again, we encourage customers to locate replacement parts online using the OEM part number specifically used by the application in question. This method will significantly reduce the chance of an erroneous order.

Once part has been delivered, please inspect your part. All issues or damage must be reported within 24 hours either by email or phone call to customer service.

Returns & Exchanges

Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, We will accept qualified* products for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a return or RMA number, please contact our Sales Department via e-mail, chat or by calling our toll free number.

There is NO RETURN on custom order, electrical or small repair parts like solenoids, drivers, repair kits or items such as CCM PEM items, rectifiers, etc. Purchase of such parts on this website is to agree with these terms.

Our sales department, within one (1) business day, will issue you a RMA number along with the corresponding return address for you to use when shipping the part back to We. Customers must clearly print the RMA Number provided on the exterior shipping box. Regardless of where it was shipped from, your return must be sent to the address provided together with your RMA number. Returns sent without following this procedure will not be processed. All part(s) must be received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date or issuance of RMA number or credit will not be issued. All qualified* and warrantied returns are inspected and/or tested. For quicker return processing, please be sure to email customer service with the return tracking number so that the return can also be tracked in our system.

For warrantied parts, credit will be issued in the form of a replacement part only, unless the part is out of stock at the time of replacement in which case a full refund will be issued. Should a replacement part need to be shipped, it will not be sent out until part(s) in question is received, inspected and/or tested. Warranty will be void if part has been opened or altered or improperly installed. Warranty does not cover damage due to water or corrosion, physical damage or abuse, normal wear and tear. In cases where time is of the essence, it is suggested a duplicate part be ordered and once the warrantied part has been received by the warehouse and tested, the appropriate credit will be issued.

Please note that we recommend these parts be installed by an approved qualified professional. Many times, do-it-yourself installation, although cost effective to you at the moment, may result in damage to your new part and prevent you from diagnosing and correcting the real issue at hand. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total purchase price at the moment of refund. Should a call tag be requested, said fee will also be deducted from the purchase price at the time of refund. Return processing may take up to 15 business days, not including holidays, from the time your product is delivered to the receiving facility.

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return with the ability to track your part(s) and/or receive delivery confirmation. We shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from receiving facility for returns and exchanges will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable.

In the event the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described above, we will photograph the part(s) and/or packaging and send you the photos taken via e-mail with a statement as to why the return was denied. The part(s) will be returned to you after shipping arrangements are made.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale.

* Qualified products include part(s) that are found to be in original, undamaged packaging and in new and clean condition; further clarifying that such part(s) has not been installed, opened, damaged in any way, altered, replaced, and/or missing any parts both within and outside the unit.
